— 2030 Transportation Plan —
The Organization is required to prepare a multimodal transportation plan that considers several planning factors and maintains a planning horizon of at least twenty years. Several plans are addressed within the document, which together form an integrated multimodal transportation plan for the Saint Cloud Metropolitan Area. Each element of the Plan includes a narrative describing regulatory basis, relation to other plan elements and specific recommendations.

— Transportation Improvement Program —
The Transportation Improvement Program - TIP - is a staged multi-year program of transportation improvements for the Saint Cloud Metropolitan Area. The TIP must be updated and approved at least every two years by the Organization and Minnesota Department of Transportation - MnDOT - in cooperation with the State and public transit operator.
The TIP includes a list of all federal transportation projects or identified phases of federal projects within the Saint Cloud Metropolitan Area consistent with Transportation Plan. The most recent TIP is available for review below. Past plans are also available at the office.
